After an initial discussion, if everything is going well we will book a ‘Vision Meeting’ so that we can get to know each other and find out more about your project to see if we are the right Builder for you

Once you decide to proceed, we can help you work through the design stages of your project, we will conduct a site visit and put you in touch with a member of our building design team that we work closely with. This stage is where you select products and colours for your new home.

Once you have signed off on your working drawings and we have received any additional supporting reports, we can submit your plans for approval. Selections and specifications are finalised ready for construction.

Once you’re happy with your new home design and your plans have been lodged with council, it’s time for the fun to begin! The construction stage timeframe for each project will vary given the custom build nature of the types of projects we deliver with bespoke finishes and fixtures.

Once your home is complete, we will walk through the property with you and handover all of the necessary documentation for you. It's time to pop the champagne and enjoy your lovely home!
